COMPOSITION:
Gentamicin Sulphate B.P.
eq. to Gentamicin 0.3%w/v
Benzalkonium Chloride
Solution B.P. 0.02%v/v
(As preservative)In a Sterile aqueous base
DOSAGE : As directed by the Physician.
STORAGE : Store in a cool, dark & dry place. Do not allow to freeze. Store below 30°C.
WARNING :
1. Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
2. Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
3. If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the Physician.
4. If there is any discolouration of solution & particulate matter found, do not use & ask for replacement.
